Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had large and comfortable rooms, though a bit warm with limited ventilation due to smoking neighbors on the balcony near us. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to ensure a great stay. The location was superb, offering easy access to the city center and a beautiful view of the river. The dining options were great, with a wide variety of fresh and plentiful choices. Overall, a wonderful stay marred only slightly by room temperature issues.
The hotel was on the small side but had everything we needed and was ready for check-in by 10. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and reasonably sized with en-suite bathrooms and TV, although it was very hot without air conditioning. The service was friendly and extremely accommodating to special requests. The location was good, near the waterfalls 2 minutes by foot, in a beautiful setting. The dining experience was really nice with a wide variety, and the homemade local products were delicious.
I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, away from the noise, just a short walk from Cochem's downtown, with amazing views of the Castle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you could possibly need, even managed to get one with a balcony and view of the river. The service was top-notch, accommodating our motorcycle in a locked garage and providing valuable tips about the area. The dining experience was absolutely delicious, well-organized, and had a wide variety of fare. I truly enjoyed my time here.
